Warranty Information

1. Hardware Warranty

All original equipment supplied by Lilsmith Technology Systems comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty of 1 to 3 years, depending on the product brand and model. This covers manufacturing defects and internal hardware failures under normal operating conditions.

2. Installation Guarantee

We provide a 6-month workmanship guarantee on all our installations. If any issue arises due to cabling, mounting, or configuration errors within the first 6 months, we will resolve it free of charge.

3. What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Power surges, lightning strikes, or electrical faults in your premises.
• Vandalism, theft, or physical damage caused by third parties.
• Acts of God, including severe weather, flooding, or fire.
• Unauthorized tampering or repairs by non-Lilsmith Technology Systems personnel.

4. Claiming Warranty

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team immediately with your invoice number and a description of the issue. We will dispatch a technician to assess the system.
